It is really important to keep your clients coming back as you build a successful fitness business.

Here are some tips for keeping clients coming back to your fitness classes:

  • Build a community: Create a welcoming and supportive environment in your classes where clients feel comfortable and connected to one another. Encourage socialisation before and after class, and consider hosting special events or challenges to help build a sense of community among your clients.
  • Offer variety: Keep your classes fresh and exciting by offering a variety of workouts and formats. Consider incorporating new exercises or equipment, or offering specialty classes such as yoga, dance, or HIIT.
  • Provide personalised attention: Take the time to get to know your clients and their individual goals and needs. Offer personalised attention and modifications during class to help each client achieve their goals and feel valued.
  • Keep communication open: Make sure to communicate regularly with your clients about upcoming classes, changes to the schedule, and any other important information. Consider using social media or email newsletters to keep clients engaged and informed.

(Individual and group times will be issued by the NTC examination’s office)

OPTIONAL FREE COURSE
National Qualification in Kettlebell Training

January 19th, 2025 – Sunday from 10:00-17:00
